"Millie"

Millie is shown with Marylou Hatfield going Best of Opposite Sex under judge Dorothy Hazel on August 16, 2000 at the Pacific Northwest Boxer Club specialty as part of the 2001 ABC Regional.

Mahoning-Shenago KC show on August 6,2000 under judge Arley Hessen.

At her first weekend outing as a special, Millie went Best of Breed under judge Joan Kefeli at the Ft. Steuben KC show in Canfield, Ohio on August 3, 2000.

A beautiful expression, elegance, and attitude defines Millie. Despite her age (just 18 months) and inexperience (she has not been shown since finishing her championship at the 1999 Regional after a two month campaign) Millie showed like a dream come true and swept away the more seasoned competitors to win Best of Opposite Sex at the 2000 ABC Nationals. My sincere appreciation to judge Willie Vicens and my undying gratitude to Chris Baum for making this an unforgettable day. A little later this summer you should look for Millie in the special's ring. To everyone at ringside and to those who have since expressed their support and admiration of this young bitch, I want to say "thank you".

Millie's show career began with her first outing at the 1999 ABC Nationals where she won her 6-9 mo. class under Breeder-Judge David Abraham. In limited showing she acquired her third major to finish her championship at the BC of San Fernando Valley Specialty under Judge Anita Clemente going WB/BOS from the 12-18 mo. class over specials the first day of the ABC Regionals in Pomona CA. It was truely a day of firsts: Millie was just one year old and one day old, and she was her sire's first to finish, and my first homebred champion. My sincere "thank you" to Chris Baum for showing Millie to perfection and making this a very special year.
