If said bitch does not produce at least two live, colored puppies as a result of this breeding, notice thereof must be given within seven days from the whelping date. If the bitch fails to produce a minimum of two live, colored puppies a return service will be given the same bitch at the next season, without additional fee, provided said stud is still in my possession. No stud fees will be refunded in whole or in part. We will NOT sign for the registration of white boxers with the AKC; any pet quality puppies must be sold/placed under a spay/neuter contract and on limited registration. No puppies as a result of this breeding maybe sold to a wholesaler or pet store dealer.

In addition to a recent negative brucellosis test, a statement from a qualified veterinarian confirming the bitch has been appropriately tested within the prior twelve (12) months and is free of heart murmur or heart disease will be required. The American Kennel Club or Canadian Kennel Club registration number of the bitch must accompany her prior to breeding. A 3 or 4 generation pedigree of the bitch is appreciated.

If fresh chilled or frozen semen is used any fees incurred in connection with the acquisition, preparation, or shipment of the semen will be in addition to the fee for the stud service. There is NO warranty replacement on frozen semen from the older or deceased dogs. If a natural breeding is done, four days of board will be provided, after which board will be provided at the rate of $10.00 per day.
